After 30 years of age you have about a 10% reduction in VO2max per decade. BUT, if you continue to train regularly, you can maybe get that decrease even down to only 4%!!! (best case scenario ;)).

IF you are ACTIVE: DO NOT DECREASE IT! There’s a big relationship between training volume and VO2max. So make sure to KEEP GOING!

There are intercell, interorgan and intersystem signaling within your body. It gets MORE ACTIVATED with exercise, and even “technically” unrelated organs/systems like brains or liver benefit from them!
